Q: Can foam letters be used outdoors? A: Yes. Foam letters will not rot like the wood sign. Water has no effect on foam letters, however what will destroy the lettering over time are the sun’s UV rays if not protected (painted). All our foam letters receive two coats of primer (sealer) and three coats of paint, making them durable for outdoors. Q: Can foam letters be repainted? A: Yes, No special skills are required to repaint them when the paint becomes worn. Caution when repainting the lettering, use only latex paint (no spray paints). Q: Canceling or changing orders? A: You can cancel or change your order within six (6) hours from the time your order was placed. After six (6) hours you can send us E-mail or call us.We may be able to accommodate your request if the production has not started. Q: What is your warranty? A: Visual Letters warrants its products for three years to be free from defects in workmanship and material. We will repair or replace any product which has been returned to Visual Letters not found to be defective or damaged by reason of shipping, misuse, unauthorized repair, or alteration, free of charge. Visual Letters shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of its products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to select materials and adhesives appropriate for all projects. We cannot accept responsibility for the method of installation and adhesives and their use. Customer is responsible for all freight charges. Q: Return Policy A: Visual Letters understands that mistakes can be made during the ordering process. We strongly encourage you to call us with any questions or requests before you buy. All our products are custom made to your specifications, and we are unable to resell to another customer. Custom made sign letters and banners are non-returnable. Q: How long is the production time and shipping? A: Production usually takes 5-7 business days.  This includes routing, priming and painting. Shipping is thru UPS and shipping time is based on customer's selection of shipping method.
